The King's Tournament

Experience the excitement as King David I of Scotland arrives at Dundonald Castle with his entourage to meet Walter Fitzallan, founder of the Stewart dynasty.

Witness the creation of a legend as the King appoints Walter as High Steward of Scotland. Relive this historic occasion by watching a foot tournament staged to commemorate his new title.

Time: 12 noon - 4.00pm



Cost: Included in admission price. Tickets can be purchased on the day.
