Q. How do I register?
To register online you will need to enter your email address and create a password. Once you have registered your details you will be sent a confirmation email containing a link. You must click on this link to activate your account.
Q. I haven’t received my confirmation email.

Q. I have changed my email address but I am unable to login?
After changing your email address you will be sent an email containing a link to re-activate your account. You must click on this link to activate your new email, you will then be able to login. If you have not received your activation email please contact the grants team on 0131 668 8801 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. What is the Reference ID which is quoted at the top of each page of the application form?
This is a unique number which identifies your application. Please quote this in any correspondence to us.
Q. I have reached the end of the application form but cannot submit the form.
Check that you have answered all questions, either with a relevant answer or with 'does not apply' or 'n/a'. In the 'Check and Send' area of each application you can see a list of incomplete questions, please provide an answer to these and then submit again. Q. How do I print the completed application form for my records?
You can print the application form at any time by choosing the ‘Print Application’ button.
