Join Iona Leishman, Historic Scotland's Artist in Residence 2011 - 2012, for a weekend of painting and drawing.

Using a mix of media, we will explore Stirling Castle within its walls.  This will range from looking at the castle as a whole and finding intimate, unusual angles; to drawing in the magically renovated royal apartments. This weekend of painting and drawing exploration will help open up new avenues of artistic possibility.  There are only ten places available so attentive tuition is guaranteed.

What to Bring:	Please bring whatever painting materials you have: these might include favourite brushes, paint (watercolour, acrylic or oil), inks, charcoal, pastel - whatever you do not have, I will fill in the gaps, including supplying paper and boards to work on, so please don't be worried if you haven't got everything!  Please bring a packed lunch or buy from the Castle's Unicorn Cafe. Tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit supplied.
