Aimee Strang who is 8 ½ from Oxgangs in Edinburgh was the lucky prize winner and was delighted to become the proud owner of Roary the Lion which was presented to her at Edinburgh Castle on Sunday 20th May.
She will also win a VIP tour of the castle for her family including her little brother Adam, her mum and dad and her best friend Jenni Thomson who helped her with the quiz.
Nick Finnigan, Executive Manager of Edinburgh Castle said: “I am delighted that the Quirky Quiz for Kids was such a success. We will be launching a special Royal Themed quiz on Monday 28th May to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee and Edinburgh Castle’s strong connections with Royalty.”Notes for editors
