Historic Scotland 2011 staff surveysIn 2011, the Wellbeing Steering Group commissioned a staff survey to gain a better understanding of employee wellbeing in Historic Scotland. The results of the survey, along with the results of the yearly Civil Service staff survey, have been used to work with departments to develop action plans that can address any issues raised by colleagues. We will be re-surveying the Agency in 2013.
Historic Scotland 2010 staff surveyIn 2010, Historic Scotland participated in the second annual Civil Service-wide staff survey. Across the Civil Service, nearly 500,000 civil servants were given the opportunity to take part and feed back into the organisation . The survey is designed to measure different areas of employee engagement, including leadership, change, professional development and fair treatment at work.
