Half-price tickets to Edinburgh Castle for this weekend are still available in Historic Scotland’s great ticket giveaway – but as they’re in great demand anyone who’d like to take advantage of the offer will need to act fast!
There has been an excellent response to the special promotion which - in addition to the 50% discounted tickets to Edinburgh Castle - offered thousands of free tickets to a range of Scotland’s finest heritage attractions on Saturday 12th or Sunday 13th March. All 5,000 of the free tickets to some 44 historic sites throughout the country have now been snapped up by on-line applicants.
To apply for the remaining half-price tickets to Edinburgh Castle, prospective visitors need to register their details at www.ticketgiveaway.co.uk
. They’ll then be sent an email with a voucher to present on arrival at the attraction. Proof of ID will be required to redeem the voucher.
The chance to benefit from half-price admission to the Castle this weekend brings the normal admission cost of £52.60 for two adults and three children down to just £26.30.
