Join us for a challenging guided walk to learn about Arthur’s Seat’s turbulent past, created by fire and ice!  

Find out who used the Royal Park throughout history up to toda.

This is a strenuous walk and will involve steep inclines and rough terrain.

Time: 1.00pm - 4.00pm.

Cost: Free

Meeting place: Holyrood Park Information Centre (Lodge at Palace entrance)

Parking: At the Broad Pavement Car Park.

Suitability: This is a ‘strenuous’ graded walk and involves steep inclines and rough tracks and may include an occasional scramble. This walk is not suitable for children under 16 years.
