We're changing

We have created a new public body, Historic Environment Scotland. While we work on shaping our future we can reassure you that all services and products will continue as normal. Please follow our progress and find out more about our new organisation.

School visits to Historic Scotland sites are a great way to deliver Curriculum for Excellence, encouraging discovery and exploration outside the classroom!

Self-led visits are free of charge enabling you to lead them your way with a range of downloadable and on-site resources available to enhance learning before, during and after.
