Edinburgh Castle floodlight outage, Thursday 22 November

On the evening of Thursday, 22nd November, Scottish Power is carrying out standard maintenance work to their Mound sub-station. During this period, the floodlighting at Edinburgh Castle and the lighting at the castle esplanade is expected to be switched off from 7:00 pm for approximately three hours. The work has been timed to minimise disruption to daily activity.
