Crooks, Crossbows and Costumes

The year is 1525 and Sir William Edmonstoun has received news that Margaret Tudor, the Queen Dowager , is planning to stay at Doune Castle. Come and see the cooks, soldiers and ladies of the castle prepare for the Royal Visit. Informative costuming, food , musketry and archery displays throughout the day.
Time: 12 noon - 4 pm
Price: Included in the normal admission price.
