Overlooking Urquhart Castle and mysterious Loch Ness, the café provides the ideal place to relax and enjoy a light snack.

There’s something for everyone, from home-made soup and freshly made sandwiches to hot Scottish beef in a roll, a salad bar, dish of the day, and sweet treats. Freshly ground coffee is complemented by a tempting range of traditional Scottish home-baking including whisky cake and shortbread.

Children can make up their very own picnic boxes and most items are available as a takeaway option.

Urquhart Castle Café is fully licensed and offers a selection of alcoholic beverages including Cairngorm Nessie’s Monster Mash, a real ale brewed locally from natural ingredients.
