We're changing

We have created a new public body, Historic Environment Scotland. While we work on shaping our future we can reassure you that all services and products will continue as normal. Please follow our progress and find out more about our new organisation.

Grants Online

Our new online grants system allows you to apply and submit grant applications electronically for any of the grant schemes listed below.

Grants Online allows you to create an account where you can save all of your grant applications in one place, start and then return to an application at your convenience. You can also add and view associated attachments.

Please note that if you have previously registered for a Building Repair Grant using our old system, you will need to re-register with the new system.

With effect from the batch closing 31 January 2014 any grant applications for Category A buildings must have a professional adviser accredited at the advanced level.  We will continue to process applications, including the making of grant awards, under the current arrangements for those applications already in the system and those due to be submitted at the end of September 2013
