Consultation on a joint working agreement between Historic Scotland and Planning Authorities in relation to Statutory Casework and consultation.

The draft Joint Working Agreement sets out the roles of Historic Scotland and planning authorities in relation to statutory casework and consultations, allowing us to manage Scotland’s historic environment more effectively and efficiently.  It is largely a clarification of current working practices intended to ensure that all planning authorities and Historic Scotland work consistently and transparently to an agreed standard.
