Pictish Treasures In Capital For TLCMedia Releases

Specialist rock safety abseil team carries out operation in Holyrood parkMedia Releases
A team of specialist rockwork contractors is about to start on the next phase of Historic Scotland’s rock slope management programme in Holyrood Park. This involves trained specialists abseiling down the cliff face in the area known as Woodpecker’s Gully. They will clear stones that are loose and pin others that are at risk of becoming loose, reducing the potential for rock falls.
