Current and previous Key Performance Targets from our corporate plan.
2015-16 will be a year of 2 parts: although Historic Environment Scotland (HES) will have been in existence in transitional form from early 2015, it will not take on full powers until 1 October. At this point the Chair, Board and new CEO (to be appointed) will take full responsibility for delivery of all of its statutory functions and in so doing inherit the work of Historic Scotland and RCAHMS.
This business plan sets out key deliverables, resources and measures of success for 2015-16. Its development has been led by the joint CEOs of both organisations who are accountable for its delivery for the 6 months to 30 September 2015.
