Colossal Celebration of the Centuries
In Historic Scotland’s largest event of 2010, hundreds of performers will be travelling from all over Britain to the impressive military fortification of Fort George.
Commencing with a grand parade into the central arena, the day will unfold with a series of exciting, informative, impressive and interactive shows, displays and presentations covering everything from the marching soldiers of the Roman period to the fighting troops of the twentieth century.

- An amazing aerial display by an original Spitfire
- A spectacular display by the Golden Lions, Scotland's only professional parachute team.
- Clashing combat shows
- A colourful parade of Roman troops
- An authentic Medieval encampment and crafts
- Lively Renaissance dancers
- Ear-splitting weaponry re-enactments by the Covenanters
- Classic military vehicles
- A bustling 1940s area, complete with swing dancers and a big band
