Come along on a gentle guided walk around Hunter’s Bog and St. Margaret’s Loch to learn more about Arthur’s Seat’s past.

Find out about the people who lived and worked in the park from and learn more about the wildlife that makes the park so special.

Time: 1.00 pm - 2:30 pm.

Meeting Place: Holyrood Park Information Centre (Lodge at Palace entrance)

Route: Volunteers’ Walk, Camstane, Hunter’s Bog, St. Margaret’s Loch. This is subject to change.

Bring:  Warm, waterproof clothing and sensible footwear (with grips). A snack and drink.

Parking: At the Broad Pavement Car Park.

Suitability: This is an ‘easy’ graded walk although does involve rough tracks. May not be suitable for children under 8.
